Partner with the Change Management Team to engage users and stakeholders to validate recommendations and refine designs based on feedback.

Produce process visuals, wireframes, or simple prototypes to illustrate proposed field and navigation adjustments that simplify user interactions out of the box. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, Information Design, or related field; or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of advanced PowerPoint expertise (Slide Master, theme management, templates, animations, charts, SmartArt, accessibility tagging) with a portfolio of executive-level decks and briefing materials; 2-4 years of experience enhancing usability and workflows for system platforms.
