Position: Caribbean Vacation Specialist (Remote)

The Elite Travel Group is a premier travel agency specializing in luxury Caribbean vacations. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Caribbean Vacation Specialist to join our team remotely.

As a Caribbean Vacation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expert knowledge of the Caribbean to recommend and plan the perfect vacation for them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requests

- Use your extensive knowledge of the Caribbean to recommend and plan customized travel itineraries

- Book flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements for clients

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the entire booking process

- Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions in the Caribbean

- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, and other travel partners in the Caribbean

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the client's vacation

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a travel agent or vacation specialist, with a focus on the Caribbean

- Extensive knowledge of the Caribbean, including popular destinations, resorts, and activities

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology

- Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
