Additionally, we provide a structured schedule intended to respect work-life balance, with our standard operating hours being Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to cater to client needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate clients' psychological well-being, using standardized tools and clinical techniques to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the latest evidence-based practices and consider clients' unique circumstances.
• Administer therapeutic interventions grounded in methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring approaches to best suit the individual needs of clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive environment where clients can express their emotional challenges and develop coping strategies.
• Work alongside psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to care, communicating relevant information regarding client progress and therapeutic adjustments.
• Provide crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and stabilization strategies during mental health emergencies.
• Assist clients and their families in navigating mental health resources and educational materials, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring accountability in client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case conferences, annual trainings, and regular review of best practices.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field through continuous education and training, supporting the highest standards of therapy provision.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide array of mental health issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based modalities, and trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional skills in conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions in diverse situations.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and relevant therapeutic tools.
• Strong ability to foster rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients, underscored by exceptional communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to maintaining ethical standards in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation, offering clients a dynamic platform for shared experiences and collective growth.

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
