Find your place at The Partners Group, a purpose-driven company committed to making a difference in our community through our work and inspiring others to do the same.

TPG's success is driven by a culture that values partnerships. We're looking for people who invest in their relationships, seek to learn, create winning solutions for all, and do what they say they are going to do. Hard work goes without saying at TPG, supported by our culture that thrives on having fun while living well. This is what it means to be a partner for our clients and teammates.

Are you ready to join an amazing organization that has won too many "Employer of Choice" awards to list? Let's work together!

The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a client-focused retirement plan services professional to join our Retirement Planning team as an Account Manager.

How you will make an impact at TPG

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to retirement plan clients, helping ensure they receive responsive service, thoughtful guidance, and a high-quality experience. Working closely with Retirement Consultants, you'll support plan administration, client deliverables, compliance-related activities, and employee education initiatives that help plan sponsors and participants make informed retirement decisions. Your ability to build relationships, communicate complex concepts clearly, and proactively address client needs will contribute directly to client satisfaction and long-term retention. You'll also help strengthen TPG's reputation for delivering personalized service and practical retirement plan expertise.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing client service, relationship management, and participant education. You'll thrive here if you're proactive, collaborative, naturally curious, and find fulfillment in helping people better understand and prepare for retirement.

A typical day in this role

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned retirement plan clients and ensure service commitments are met
  • Partner with Retirement Consultants to support plan administration, client meetings, and strategic service initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables related to plan performance, demographics, and employee education
  • Coordinate client and vendor communications, schedule meetings, and follow through on requests and action items
  • Conduct employee education sessions and participant meetings focused on enrollment, investments, and retirement savings goals
  • Monitor retirement plan compliance requirements and help clients navigate regulatory and administrative considerations

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $70,000-85,000 annually (DOE)

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

Travel: Minimal, if any

  • 3+ years' experience in retirement plans, pension services, recordkeeping, or a related retirement industry role
  • Series 65 license, or the ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire
  • Experience communicating retirement plan concepts to participants, plan sponsors, or other stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of retirement plans and a general understanding of investment concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to groups and facilitating educational discussions

What will make you really stand out

  • Prior experience conducting retirement plan education workshops, enrollment meetings, or participant guidance sessions
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
  • Offer familiarity with ERISA, retirement plan compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities

Why join The Partners Group?

At TPG, you'll be part of one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerages in the Pacific Northwest where collaboration, integrity, and a client-first mindset guide everything that we do. We foster a supportive, professional environment that values expertise, teamwork, and long-term growth - and we invest in our people so they can do their best work. This includes:
