Dario is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer with at least three years of experience to join our team. The role combines cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering with corporate IT operations, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, and macOS device management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, accounts, licenses, and permissions.
  • Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional Access.
  • Manage Windows and macOS devices through Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, updates, encryption, and remote actions.
  • Support Apple Business Manager and automated Mac enrollment.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment, accounts, and application access.
  • Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, security standards, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and external vendors.

Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
  • Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and CI/CD platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and networking.
  • Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or a similar language.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience managing Windows devices with Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience providing technical support in a remote environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred
  • Experience managing macOS devices through Intune or another MDM platform.
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and FileVault.
  • Experience with Jamf Pro, Kandji, or Mosyle.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry.
  • Relevant AWS, Microsoft, Kubernetes, Terraform, or security certifications.
