Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BigID Platform Administrator to join our IT Platforms team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the BigID platform to ensure optimal performance and data security. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the BigID platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.

Configure and customize the BigID platform to meet the organization's data governance and privacy requirements.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.

Collaborate with data owners, IT, and privacy teams to ensure data discovery, classification, and protection processes are effectively implemented.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the BigID platform.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in data governance, privacy regulations, and BigID platform features.

Review current CPA guidelines and drive implementation efforts.

Identify additional use cases and help create roadmap for platform.

Other platform ownership/responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Relevant education or experience.

Proven experience as a BigID Platform Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and data protection principles.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing the BigID platform.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
