• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients’ mental health challenges, using these findings to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients' needs, particularly for those who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with ethical standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are recorded clearly and consistently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain conversant with contemporary mental health practices.
