The ideal Construction Inspector needs to be able to perform the following duties on a daily basis in the field: *High familiarity and/or experienced in reading prints and diagrams utilizing station #'s and lat/long identifiers. *Strong familiarity with Right of Ways and/or Utility easements *Strong competent and/or experienced with laptops, spreadsheets, cell phones, GIS maps or other electronic tools in an outside environment. *Experienced in underground utility design, oversight, or inspection. *Have you ever encountered interaction with irate sub-contractors, general contractors, clients and/or Joe Q public, if so how did you negotiate and/or defuse the situation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
