  • Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week while ensuring all documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, complies with Liberton’s high standards.
  • Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their personal goals.
  • Engage in collaborative practices by working alongside case managers, families, medical professionals, and other staff members to coordinate care effectively.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance personal and team growth.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture where feedback is encouraged and collaboration is key.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while establishing rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with Valant.
  • Experience working in a remote setting and adapting to virtual therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
