Liberton Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. The work setting is primarily remote with the opportunity to provide outpatient services. This flexibility allows our clinicians to design a workspace that encourages productivity while supporting work-life balance. • Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week while ensuring all documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, complies with Liberton’s high standards.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their personal goals.
• Engage in collaborative practices by working alongside case managers, families, medical professionals, and other staff members to coordinate care effectively.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance personal and team growth.
• Contribute to a positive team culture where feedback is encouraged and collaboration is key.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Candidates must possess a current LMFT PA clinical license.
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, in a timely and proficient manner.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client population.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with Valant.
• Experience working in a remote setting and adapting to virtual therapy practices.
• An eagerness to embrace new therapeutic approaches and techniques that enhance client care and outcomes.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus. Our compensation structure is designed to reward hard work, which includes hourly pay for administration-related tasks such as documentation and consultation.
