Job description

TBest Services is seeking a high-performing Account Executive - Data Center for our client, a leading provider of contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order solutions, and custom turnkey design services. The company partners with Tier 1 OEMs to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across mission-critical industries, including data centers, power infrastructure, and advanced industrial applications.
This role supports strategic growth within OEM customers in the data center ecosystem and is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding customer relationships by selling contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order, and full turnkey design solutions.
The ideal candidate brings sales experience in data centers, power distribution, infrastructure, electrical/mechanical assemblies, or contract manufacturing, along with the ability to support complex consultative sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans for OEM customers in the data center, power infrastructure, and heating/cooling markets
  • Identify and support new business opportunities for contract manufacturing, ATO assemble-to-order, and turnkey engineering solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized, high-value solutions
  • Support the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Stay informed on market trends in data center infrastructure, power systems, and OEM supply chains
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise or OEM customers
  • Proven success in complex, consultative sales environments
  • Background in data center infrastructure, power distribution systems, electrical/mechanical assemblies, or contract manufacturing
  • Ability to navigate customer organizations and support high-value sales opportunities
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate engineered solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%

Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling custom engineered or build-to-print solutions
  • Relationships within hyperscale data center operators or OEM ecosystem
  • Background working with power, energy, or mission-critical systems
