What You'll Do

Sales & Revenue Analytics

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales, pipeline, and revenue data from multiple sources to support performance analysis and decision-making
  • Build andmaintainstandardized reports and dashboards in Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel to track sales results, pipeline health, and key performance indicators
  • Deliver complex analytical use cases including trend analysis, period-over-period comparisons, and custom reporting aligned to business needs

Data Quality, Reporting & Sales Process Analytics

  • Identifydata inconsistencies, gaps, and process breakdownsimpactingsales reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with Sales Operations andcrossfunctionalteams to resolve data challenges and improve data integrity across Salesforce, Power BI, and downstream reporting tools
  • Performrootcauseanalysis on reporting discrepancies related to opportunity stage changes, close dates, and account relationship logic
  • Analyze sales process performance, including pipeline movement, conversion trends, and deal outcomes
  • Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve analytical workflows, reporting efficiency, metric definitions, and data standards
  • Document reporting processes, business rules, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability

Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clearly defined analyses and reporting outputs
  • Communicate insights through clear reports, summaries, and visualizationsappropriate forboth operational and leadership audiences
  • Enable stakeholder understanding of metrics and reporting through clear explanation of assumptions,methodology, and outputs

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst
  • Strong experience working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Salesforce reporting
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Practical understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue metrics
  • Experience supporting forecasting, performance management, or sales operations functions
  • Familiarity with the GPO industry or multi-unit customer environments
