ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a DevOps Engineer at KIBO, you will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and tools to support development and deployment, as well as monitor and troubleshoot productions systems. You will act as a liaison between development and operations teams, manage day-to-day operations, continuously ensure security compliance, and promote automation to streamline processes that improve the team's toolset and deliver high-quality software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and tools to support software development, deployment, and production
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver software quickly and reliably
  • Automate and streamline infrastructure and application deployment, configuration, and testing processes to mitigate errors
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and proactively implement solutions to improve performance and stability
  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems to identify and address issues and prevent future incident occurrences
  • Act as a liaison between development and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the development and production environments in the India office
  • Build and deploy tools to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, and continuously improve the team's toolset and processes
