Our target population primarily includes mothers navigating the complexities of postpartum life, as well as families needing support during transitional periods. This role emphasizes the importance of mental health in maternal care, recognizing the distinct challenges faced during and after pregnancy. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues related to motherhood.
Qualifications- Must hold an active license in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree or higher is preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teammates alike.
- A strong understanding of best practices in mental health treatment methodologies, particularly those relevant to postpartum care.
- Experience working in a community health setting or with maternal mental health issues.
- Familiarity with telehealth best practices and digital documentation tools.
- Advanced training in trauma-informed care or other specialized therapeutic modalities.
This position provides a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
