Work Environment

This remote position allows our team members the flexibility to work from home while also being an integral part of our detox center's operation. Our team members operate within core business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with the potential for flexible scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy and counseling to individuals and families, helping them navigate the complexities of trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.
  • Conduct detailed client interviews to gather information regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds, which is critical for effective assessment and treatment.
  • Evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery and promote psychological well-being.
  • Coordinate with community resources for referrals and ongoing support, ensuring clients have access to necessary services beyond traditional therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and crisis intervention sessions focused on short-term resolution strategies.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of respect and acceptance essential for healing.

Qualifications
