Our team thrives on creativity, performance, and innovation. We're looking for a Creative Director/Producer with deep experience in direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands, who can bring ideas to life, oversee the creative process end-to-end, and consistently produce high-impact, high-converting creatives.
As Creative Director/Producer, you will be the driving force behind our creative output. From ideation with our copy team to final cut, you'll ensure every asset aligns with our brand voice, marketing goals, and performance standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong creative instincts, direct response sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
  • Collaborate with copywriters to align visuals with messaging for VSLs and ads.
  • Generate and pitch creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks that maximize conversions.

Production & Direction
  • Occasionally attend or produce shoots to ensure creative vision is executed.
  • Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for campaigns.

Post-Production Oversight
