Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patientsโ€™ trauma histories and customize treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeted at trauma recovery, ensuring that they are evidence-based and focused on fostering resilience.
  • Utilize therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in processing their trauma.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients develop coping strategies and foster a sense of healing and empowerment.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, integrated care.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
