We're seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Producer to help grow our agency by selling Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella insurance products throughout Maryland and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:


-Build rapport with prospective customers and recommend insurance solutions that fit their needs.

-Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using our extensive lead management system.

-Handle inbound sales opportunities generated and paid for by the agency.

-Follow up with previous quotes and prospects who have not yet purchased.

-Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with opportunities.

-Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.


Requirements

What We're Looking For:


-Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

-Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

-Strong ability to build trust and develop relationships quickly.

-Competitive mindset with a passion for sales.

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

-Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred, but we will consider exceptional sales professionals from other industries.

-Sell 30+ insurance items per month.
