Job description

Title: Workday LEAD CONVERSION - Accounts Payable/FIN

Location: Fully remote

(certified Workday consultants will require more.

Client: Large healthcare system. Legacy ERPs include Lawson, Peoplesoft

MARGIN billing is preferred.

Position Summary

The Conversion Lead - AP will LEAD Data Conversion activities for OneERP/Workday Implementation for Accounts Payable and T&E.

  • The role will lead data migration/conversion efforts from multiple ERP systems to OneERP/Workday.
  • Responsible for vendor master conversion, 1099 data migration, open invoices, open POs, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Support historical data loading into Workday Prism and develop reports and dashboards using Workday PRISM, Looker, Power BI, and other visualization tools.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Workday certified
  • Dashboard - PowerBI or Tableau, Looker
  • MS SQL
  • Hands on experience on a prior Workday Financial Implementation
  • Healthcare provider (hospital systems) is HIGHLY PREFERRED
