In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assessment and support of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to identify treatment needs and evaluating clients' progress.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.
• Facilitating the improvement of clients' coping skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication techniques through tailored interventions.
• Educating clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to these services to enhance their support network.
• Providing psychoeducation, skills training, and social support tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

You will primarily work with adults who may be facing challenges such as mental health disorders, relationship difficulties, and issues with daily living skills. Your role is to empower them in managing their symptoms and identifying coping strategies to enhance their quality of life. By offering personalized interventions and support, you’ll help clients navigate their mental health journeys while promoting stability and autonomy in their lives.

To be considered for the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) without any disciplinary actions.
• Ability to practice independently, showcasing strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
