Your primary focus will be on clients from the local community, particularly those facing barriers to mental health care. This includes individuals coping with a wide range of psychological issues, such as children and adolescents dealing with emotional or behavioral challenges, adults experiencing stress, relationship issues, and families navigating the complexities of trauma. Your empathetic understanding and professional guidance will be instrumental in empowering clients towards better mental health.
Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, fostering a cooperative culture focused on client outcomes.
- Proficiency with EMR and other relevant technologies is essential for successful documentation and client engagement.
- Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
- Experience working with underrepresented populations or understanding community health issues would be an asset.
