Job Title: ANBF Outreach Associate

Department: Outreach Department

Organization: A Better Way Political Action Committee (PAC)

Location: Remote (EST)

Duration: 4 Months, 5 hours a week (Exceptions for Finals and Midterm Week)

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

What You'll Be Doing: Joining a Political Action Committee

As an ANBF (Associations, Nonprofits, Businesses, & Foundations Outreach) Associate, you will be expanding the PAC's network by connecting with external corporate structures, trade groups, and philanthropic organizations. The role involves tracking engagement metrics, managing partner data, and ensuring that all organizational donor contributions comply with federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital partnerships with business, nonprofit, and foundation leaders
  • Execute targeted email campaigns, manage digital communications, and distribute policy updates
  • Plan and facilitate webinars, presentations, and virtual networking sessions
  • Manage CRM databases and ensure all donor activities comply with FEC regulations
  • Prepare weekly remote progress reports
