Job description

What we do:

  • Work on behalf of wonderful organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, March of Dimes, Feeding America, College Republicans, The National Rifle Association, and many more .
  • Work in a blended work from home outbound/inbound call center environment where you will talk about topics that matter and raise funds for great organizations !!
  • Our positions are not customer service. They all require sales, whether it be selling memberships, products, or services.

Schedules and Perks:

  • The first week consists of a virtual classroom training, which requires 100% mandatory attendance, and will run from 12p-9p EST Monday through Friday.
  • When signing up for a training class, you can select either a full-time or part-time schedule that works best for you and your family, from the following 4 options, which will begin in the second week:
    • 40-hour Full-Time set weekly schedule; 11a-8p EST, 12p-9p EST, or 1p-10p EST
    • 8 hours on the weekend will be required beginning in the second week. Typically, either 9a-6p EST on Saturday or 12p-9p EST on Sunday will be available
  • Virtual Paid Training
  • Rewards & Recognition Programs
  • Weekly pay, with the ability to access a portion of your earned pay a few times per week
  • Weekly bonus potential

Other Requirements:

  • Computer skills such as the ability to copy and paste, toggle between browsers, and do basic troubleshooting.
  • A willingness to learn, as we believe in owning your own success.
  • Identity Verification. On the first day of training, you will be required to bring a current, valid photo ID with you to complete this process.
  • Passing Background Check. If your background check is not back by the time we are ready for phone time there may be a disruption in your training.
  • Exceptional conversational skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Windows PC or laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM (No MacBook or Chromebook)
  • Webcam
  • USB Headset
  • Wired mouse
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection. No satellite or cellular services are accepted.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
