  • Position Overview

    Signia LTD is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Political Call Center Agents to join our remote team in Colorado. In this role, you will conduct outbound political surveys, collect and record accurate data, and support our clientsโ€™ research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills while representing both Signia and our clients.

    This is a work-from-home position open to applicants in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Utah and who meet the technical requirements listed below.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and administer political surveys using standardized scripts.
  • Collect and accurately record responses in the database system.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as ethical survey standards.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and attendance goals.
  • Follow scripts verbatim when required and maintain high accuracy.
  • Support survey research goals by collaborating with teammates and providing feedback to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed on survey techniques and current political issues.
  • Handle omnichannel interactions, including voice calls (inbound and outbound), chat, SMS, and email.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements
  • Must be available to work on Sunday. (Required)
  • Flexible availability (days or evenings based on business needs).
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English. (Required)
  • Computer & Equipment Requirements
  • Desktop or laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 or higher, minimum 6GB RAM.
  • Highspeed internet with a wired connection to the router (WiFi not permitted).
  • Headset with mute button for calls.

    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
  • At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally in political surveys or research.
