Job Title: Federal Compliance Manager Intern

Department: Self Governance & Compliance Department

Organization: A Better Way PAC, Inc.

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months, 5 hours a week (Exceptions for Finals and Midterm Week)

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

What You'll Be Doing: Joining a Political Action Committee

As the Federal Compliance Manager, you will help oversee the PAC's compliance with federal campaign-finance rules, internal policies, reporting requirements, and filing deadlines. You will supervise compliance associates and work with leadership to maintain complete and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor federal reporting requirements and filing deadlines.
  • Review contribution, expenditure, and financial records for accuracy.
  • Help prepare reports and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain organized compliance files and internal records.
