We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team at Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health. In this full-time role, you will provide outpatient therapy services from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the overall mental health and well-being of our clients. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–117,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

This outpatient therapist position is entirely remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule while effectively serving our client base. You will have access to a variety of digital tools and resources that facilitate remote therapy sessions, including telehealth platforms that ensure a secure and interactive environment for therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities tailored to client requirements.
• Providing specialized guidance on issues related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Maintaining professional and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

You will be working primarily with a diverse client population representing various backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your role is critical in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience and requires a culturally competent approach to treatment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A background in treating varied psychological conditions and familiarity with best practices in outpatient therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.
