The position is designed for telehealth delivery, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while reaching clients across various locations. You will utilize advanced digital tools and electronic health record systems to streamline client management and documentation processes.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Utilize data analysis to assess client outcomes and the effectiveness of applied therapeutic interventions, ensuring that your approach aligns with best practices in mental health.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other counselors, to develop a well-rounded treatment strategy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with mental health research, policy changes, and emerging treatments.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions, fostering a safe environment for clients.

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress management difficulties. Your role will involve crafting individualized care plans that promote healing and resilience, equipping clients with the tools needed for lasting mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program is required.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual therapy and client management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening to establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and electronic health records for comprehensive client care.

• Experience in group therapy or family counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous work within diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.
