High Point Family and Marriage Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a full-time position. This remote role offers the opportunity to assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and facilitate the therapeutic process for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Work Environment

This position primarily functions in a remote outpatient setting, allowing for flexible working arrangements while still maintaining a strong connection with our clients through video conferencing tools and electronic health records (EHR). Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patientsโ€™ biopsychosocial needs to identify challenges and create effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting approaches as clinically appropriate.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care and contribute to program development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in the EHR system.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluations in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with agency policies to ensure the integrity of services provided.

The counselor will serve a diverse clientele, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds and mental health concerns. This includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
  • Minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience in clinical counseling settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, supplemented by performance-related bonuses.
