Senior Project Manager – Federal Correspondence & Records Management
Location: Remote
Work Authorization : US Citizen

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Federal Government correspondence management, records management, content management, and process improvement program supporting a USDA Forest Service organization.
The Project Manager will oversee project planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, strategic initiatives, risk management, and delivery of executive-level support services.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Federal agencies
  • Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience
  • Experience leading Federal consulting or advisory services contracts
  • Experience with:
    • Federal Records Management
    • FOIA processes
    • FACA requirements
    • Section 508 compliance
    • Executive correspondence management
  • Experience preparing executive briefings and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification
  • USDA or Forest Service experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Natural resources, environmental, or public lands agency experience
