Description
BDR Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Federal Acquisition process knowledge/experience.
  • Understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle from inception of need to contract/program/project completion.
  • Experience with project management software such as MS Project or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior Federal personnel
  • Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations to all activities described in this PWS.
  • Contracting Management experience preferred
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification

This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.
