THE WORK:
  • You'll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to Project Managers and regional project teams.
  • You'll serve as a liaison between project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • You'll maintain and track project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • You'll coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, scheduling participants, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, and arranging meals as needed.
  • You'll manage project documentation by maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, ensuring compliance with document management procedures, and supporting file organization and distribution.
  • You'll support project staff with administrative tasks, including expense reporting, timesheets, training records, and project documentation.
  • You'll prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other project deliverables while compiling data for analysis.
  • You'll handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • You'll develop effective PowerPoint presentations for meetings, client updates, and executive reviews.
  • You'll establish and maintain organized systems for document filing, time reporting, training records, and other project tracking activities.
  • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, preferably within data center, mission-critical, or commercial construction environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as
  • Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams
  • Experience supporting project documentation, schedule coordination, cost tracking, and construction administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration,
  • Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects
  • Familiarity with document control processes, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, and project reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and electronic document management systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, field teams, clients, subcontractors, and design partners
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining accuracy
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, and customer service skills
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and construction workflows
  • Ability to travel locally to support project meetings and site activitiesl

$100,000 - $140,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
