This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling options for weekdays, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • Conduct video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow therapists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Utilize outcome-based assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in regular consultations and training to stay informed on best practices and innovations in the mental health field.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our secure electronic health records system to maintain compliance and facilitate ongoing care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who present a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health field, holding licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• An active independent license to practice in the state of Florida, maintaining good standing throughout your tenure.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and skill in the field.
• Proficient in the use of technology, comfortable with various digital therapy platforms and tools.

• Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques is strongly preferred, as our therapeutic model integrates these approaches extensively.
• Previous experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of mental health needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment and share insights that enhance client care.
