Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling options for weekdays, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow therapists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Utilize outcome-based assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Engage in regular consultations and training to stay informed on best practices and innovations in the mental health field.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our secure electronic health records system to maintain compliance and facilitate ongoing care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who present a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health field, holding licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • An active independent license to practice in the state of Florida, maintaining good standing throughout your tenure.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and skill in the field.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, comfortable with various digital therapy platforms and tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques is strongly preferred, as our therapeutic model integrates these approaches extensively.

Compensation and Benefits
