Provider Data Management Analyst I

Job Code: 111458

Location: Remote – U.S.
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with occasional overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking Provider Data Management Analysts to support the accuracy, completeness, and maintenance of dental provider data. This role is responsible for reviewing and updating provider information, processing provider requests, performing data quality checks, and researching discrepancies across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other computer systems, and able to adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll providers and practitioners into provider data management systems.
  • Update provider information related to claims payment and directory data.
  • Research, review, and process provider data updates based on incoming requests.
  • Validate provider information across multiple systems and internet-based resources.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data is accurate and complete.
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies and other issues.
  • Manage daily assignments based on priority and established productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with team members on larger reports and special projects.
  • Provide internal customer service by supporting departments that rely on accurate provider data.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
