This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. Although primarily remote, you will be part of an inclusive and collaborative virtual team, participating in regular meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing service delivery. We offer a flexible work schedule that includes some evening and weekend hours to better accommodate our client needs, ensuring you can provide support when it is most needed.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set achievable goals and outline appropriate interventions for each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, implementing effective safety planning strategies.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to foster community among clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Your primary focus will be on students of various ages who may be experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By offering personalized care, you will encourage resilience and positive coping strategies, ultimately aiming to promote their emotional growth and well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents in a therapeutic environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote counseling tools and telehealth practices will be beneficial in delivering effective services to our clients.
