• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess mental health diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Maintain ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering quality therapy and maintaining client engagement throughout the treatment process.
• Provide excellent customer service, establishing trusting relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to advance our mission of closing care gaps.
• Employ creative interventions during therapy sessions, tailored to help clients reach and surpass their therapeutic goals.
• Coordinate care with relevant stakeholders, including case managers, families, educational staff, and medical personnel, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. • AMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• A thorough understanding of family therapy services and community resources that can benefit our clients.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering supportive client relationships.
• Capacity to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

• Previous experience in mental health documentation, including the preparation of treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Experience working with a broad range of client demographics, particularly children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Familiarity with utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy and monitor client progress.
• Knowledge of fee collection practices and client billing processes.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
