Job description

Finance 360 is being built as the primary workbench for Finance, bringing together reporting, analytics, workflow, AI-enabled insights, and decision support into a single experience for Finance teams.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Deputy Head of Finance Data Office, this role will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of Finance 360. The Director will work closely with Finance leaders and technology partners to identify opportunities, shape solutions, validate concepts, and deliver capabilities that improve decision-making, productivity, and user experience across Finance.
This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through production deployment. Working with a team of product, data, and operations professionals, the Director will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop and test solutions, gather feedback, and work with technology teams to scale successful capabilities into production.

Finance 360 Product Strategy
  • Define and maintain the Finance 360 product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities and shape future capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and capability roadmaps.
  • Prioritize investments and enhancements based on business value and user needs.
  • Define product success measures and monitor outcomes.
Finance 360 Delivery & Execution
  • Lead discovery efforts, experimentation, prototypes, proof of concepts, and pilot solutions.
  • Own product requirements, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
  • Partner with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Data Platform, AI Enablement, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Coordinate testing, stakeholder reviews, and release readiness activities.

Product Operations & Governance

People Leadership
  • Lead a global team across the U.S. and India.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, data and analytics, digital platforms, or technology leadership.
  • Experience supporting FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading enterprise data, analytics, workflow, or digital platform products.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data Platform, and Technology teams.
  • Locations: Hybrid work arrangement in Bloomfield, CT, Philadelphia, PA, Morris Plains, NJ, St Louis, MO. Open to remote if not aligned to office location with a strong preference for East Coast.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 157,700 - 262,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
