Position Summary
We are seeking an Experienced, Licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences, driving life insurance sales, and nurturing long-term relationshipsall while representing the trusted Bill Weychert State Farm brand across our two locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve clients across the Conshohocken and Philadelphia offices, delivering personalized, needs-based life insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on life insurance products such as term, whole, universal, and final expense optionsincluding the innovative Life Enhanced wellness app.
  • Build, develop, and maintain client relationships with consistent communication and followup.
  • Cross-sell opportunities related to other lines such as home, auto, business insurance, investments, and financial services.
  • Assist with client appointments, quotes, policy reviews, and claims in a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Stay conversant in State Farm offerings, as well as underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Active Life Insurance LicensePA required; additional licenses (e.g., NJ, NY) a strong plus.
  • Proven track record: minimum of 35 years in life insurance sales or financial services.
