• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development and implementation of tailored treatment programs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques that foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and routinely track their progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate success.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and learning from peers to ensure comprehensive client support.

Your primary focus will be on both adult and child populations, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship issues. By tailoring your approach to the unique needs of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, you will play a significant role in their journey toward mental wellness. Your understanding of systemic family dynamics will be crucial in facilitating positive outcomes for your clients.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.

• Experience working with various populations, specifically adults, children, and adolescents.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies relevant to marriage and family therapy.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
