• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, backgrounds, and circumstances, allowing for comprehensive treatment planning.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address specific mental health concerns.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatric professionals and social workers—to provide holistic, integrated care to clients.
• Proactively participate in case consultations and provide feedback on therapy practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

The LPC role at Road To Therapy, Ltd involves working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will play a crucial role in creating personalized therapeutic experiences that empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong competency in digital tools, with proficiency in Google Suite and experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients remotely.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling, demonstrating skills in crisis management and individualized therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in telehealth settings is highly desirable, along with knowledge of specific modalities that translate well to remote therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
