As a fully remote worker, you will connect with clients through secure online video consultations, eliminating the need for commuting and allowing you to tailor your work environment to your preferences. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video conferencing, providing psychotherapy to adult clients while utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a client-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, while implementing best practices for confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals to share insights and strategies for effective therapy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

You will primarily work with adult clients who seek support for various mental health challenges. Our practice focuses on fostering a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working collaboratively towards their wellness goals. Many of our clients benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities aimed at improving their emotional regulation and coping skills.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid mental health professional license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in any state.
• Two or more years of direct experience providing psychotherapy to adults in various settings.
• Strong proficiency in CBT and other evidence-based practices, evidenced through training or certifications.
• Excellent writing skills for producing thorough and accurate session documentation.
• A clean record without any disciplinary actions by a licensing board in any location.

• Experience with telehealth services or virtual therapy sessions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems such as electronic health records (EHR).
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through workshops, courses, or professional organizations.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, coupled with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. In addition to financial incentives, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
