Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for Part-time Inside Sales Representatives to join our team!
Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years.
By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. You will be responsible for contacting targeted potential customers, scheduling meetings, and supporting our sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals. You will collaborate with National Sales Executives and Territory Managers, schedule appointments, and ensure all interactions are meticulously documented in our CRM system. Additionally, you will handle customer service tasks and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
While this role is remote, our employment eligibility is limited to certain states due to payroll and tax requirements. Please see the list of eligible states at the end of this posting.
What you'll do:
  • Attain weekly, monthly and yearly sales.
  • Communicate with potential customers, National Sales Executives & Territory Managers.
  • Schedule appointments for National Sales Executives in assigned territories.
  • Collect relevant data, enter detailed notes, and update customer information into the CRM system for each contact. (HubSpot)
  • Review feedback from Supervisor and adjust accordingly.
  • Basic knowledge of Inter-State Studio Inc. products, promotions and processes.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check
  • Previous customer service experience

Abilities and Skills:
  • Computer Proficiency: Skilled in Spreadsheets, Google Suite, and other basic computer tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, CRM updates, and maintaining customer information.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written, and nonverbal communication for customer interactions, and liaising with National Sales Executives and Territory Managers.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedule appointments, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Building relationships with customers and supporting the sales team, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm: High level of energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to self-manage and motivate.
