Position Overview

The Franchise Business Advisor (FBA) is responsible for driving franchisee and corporate studio performance, profitability, and alignment with brand growth objectives. This role serves as a strategic operator and field leader, owning both advisory and direct operational execution across the network.
In addition to franchisee support, the FBA will lead studio takeovers across underperforming locations, assuming fractional regional management responsibility during defined intervention periods. This includes full accountability for P&L performance, staffing, hiring, training, and operational execution, with a focus on stabilizing performance and implementing standardized best practices.
The FBA will directly assume operational control of select corporate and/or underperforming studios as needed, including full responsibility for performance, team leadership, and execution during takeover periods.

Studio Takeovers & Regional Oversight

Lead end-to-end studio takeovers of underperforming locations across the network
Assume fractional regional leadership of assigned studios during takeover periods
Own full P&L accountability for takeover studios, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability targets
Diagnose performance gaps across sales, operations, staffing, and member experience, and implement standardized best practices
Establish clear performance benchmarks and KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue per member, utilization, retention)
Partner with leadership to define entry and exit criteria for takeover oversight
Key Responsibilities

Directly manage day-to-day operations of corporate and/or takeover studios as assigned
Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of studio teams, including Studio Managers and front-line staff
Implement and enforce standardized sales, operational, and member experience best practices
Drive revenue growth through improved lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies
Maintain strict oversight of labor models, scheduling efficiency, and cost controls
Provide hands-on, in-studio coaching and accountability to ensure consistent execution
Deliver weekly performance reporting, insights, and action plans to senior leadership
