  • Develop briefs, statements of work, schedules, and specifications that set teams up for success
  • Coordinate internal resources across creative, media, and digital teams, balancing priorities and capacity
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes
  • Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, tracking spend, managing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices
  • Maintain tight control over scope, documenting changes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Work with external vendors and partners to manage end-to-end asset production, including photography, video, and broadcast
  • Ensure advertising assets are properly prepared, versioned, and delivered according to platform specifications
  • Identify risks early, communicate issues clearly, and help guide teams toward practical solutions
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment across internal teams and external partners

The Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar client-service environment
  • Hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns across creative, media, and digital channels
  • Familiarity with production workflows, including working with vendors on photo, video, or broadcast projects
  • Experience coordinating and distributing digital advertising assets across multiple platforms
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and competing priorities
  • Clear, confident communication skills, comfortable discussing budgets, timelines, and performance with clients
  • Strong numerical skills, including budget tracking and reporting
  • Comfort working across disciplines and translating technical or analytical information into plain language
  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision

If this role feels like a stretch but the work sounds familiar or exciting, you’re encouraged to apply anyway. Strong project instincts, agency experience, and the ability to keep complex work moving forward often matter more than checking every box.
