Country Hills Kia is Hiring a Senior Service Advisor!

Country Hills Kia is looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our growing team at our brand-new dealership. As part of the McManes Automotive Group, this exciting new location offers the opportunity to be part of something from the ground up  working in a modern facility, in a prime location, alongside a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This leadership-focused role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in building strong customer relationships. The Senior Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting the advisor team, assisting with escalated customer concerns, and helping drive the success of the service department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support the Service Advisor team 
  • Greet customers and oversee the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery 
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information 
  • Provide estimates for repairs, maintenance, and timelines 
  • Communicate recommended repairs and additional work required 
  • Monitor repair progress to ensure promised completion times are achieved 
  • Handle customer concerns and assist with escalated situations 
  • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers 
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention standards 
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to support workflow efficiency 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry 
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is considered an asset 
  • Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities 
  • PBS/ADP experience is considered an asset 
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License 
  • AMVIC License required or ability to obtain
  •  

Availability:

  • Monday-Friday with rotational Saturdays as required.
