Job description

ARW Home is looking for a talented and competitive Telephone Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales over the phone.

Compensation:

Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential, and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive base pay of $16 per hour with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000. Base pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700!

Shift:

Must be available to work Monday through Sunday 8am-8pm. You will be assigned a shift within these times at 40 hours per week. You must be available to work all hours of operations. Scheduled based on business needs.

MUST RESIDE IN NEVADA, TENNESSEE, FLORIDA, ARIZONA, TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, UTAH, NEW MEXICO, GEORGIA, PENNSYLVANIA, MISSOURI

Responsibilities:

  • Make high volume outbound calls to warm leads provided
  • Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
  • Handle 100-250 dials per day
  • Use a dialer system for outbound and inbound calling
  • Understand customer needs and requirements by following scripts and advising customers on our warranty plans
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales in one call and achieve quotas
  • Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Be a contributing member of the Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry.
  • Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.
  • Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity; uphold organizational values.

Requirements

  • 1 year outbound telephone sales experience
  • 1 year of remote phone sales experience required
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, dialer systems, Microsoft Teams, or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to pass a background check and qualify for a Florida Telemarking license

Computer Requirements:

Required before starting - computer tests will be performed to ensure compliance.
