Looking for a stable full-time work-from-home opportunity?

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers with transportation-related questions and requests. This is a remote, phone-based customer service role with paid training provided.

No previous call center experience is required. If you have prior verifiable work experience, communicate clearly, and are dependable, we encourage you to apply.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with transportation-related questions and service needs

  • Enter and update customer information in company systems

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Reside in North Carolina or South Carolina
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week
  • Have previous verifiable work experience
  • Have reliable high-speed internet
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Be comfortable speaking with customers by phone
  • Be comfortable participating on camera during remote training
  • Be able to attend one required in-person training day in Salisbury, NC
  • Maintain dependable attendance


Entry-Level Candidates Welcome

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, transportation, or travel is not required.

Paid Training
