Job description

Company Overview:

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.

Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.

We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.

Mission:

Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (US)

Position Overview:

The Partnerships Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and growing strategic partnerships that expand Strive Pharmacy's reach, revenue, and impact. This role builds relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, organizations, platforms, and other prospective partners that align with Strive's mission and business objectives.

The Partnerships Sales Manager owns the full partnership sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account growth. This position works closely with Operations, Pharmacy, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure partnerships are commercially viable, operationally supported, compliant, and positioned for long term success.

Success in this role requires strong business development instincts, consultative selling skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to translate partner needs into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly accountable, and capable of building trust with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partnership sales strategy aligned with Strive Pharmacy's growth objectives, target markets, and commercial priorities.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, medical practices, telehealth organizations, wellness companies, employers, technology platforms, and other aligned organizations.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective partners through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, market research, and inbound lead follow up.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, contracting, closing, and implementation handoff.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand each prospective partner's business model, patient population, clinical needs, operational requirements, and growth goals.
  • Present Strive Pharmacy's services, capabilities, value proposition, operational model, and partnership solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals, presentations, business cases, and financial models in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting Strive's operational capabilities, financial objectives, compliance obligations, and long term interests.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, activity, conversion, and partnership growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of opportunities, activities, forecasts, next steps, and partner communications within the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Provide reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline forecasts and communicate changes, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Pharmacy, Operations, Finance, and other teams to evaluate prospective partnerships and confirm operational and regulatory feasibility.
  • Coordinate the transition of closed partnerships into implementation, onboarding, and ongoing account management processes.
  • Ensure commitments made during the sales process are clearly documented, communicated, and supported by the appropriate internal teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, clinical leaders, executives, and operational stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional services, locations, product offerings, patient populations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, satisfaction, growth, and engagement in collaboration with account management and operational teams.
  • Address partnership concerns promptly and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues that could affect performance, retention, or reputation.
  • Represent Strive Pharmacy at conferences, trade shows, networking events, partner meetings, and other business development activities.
  • Track market conditions, competitive activity, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the pharmacy and healthcare landscape.
  • Share market intelligence and partner feedback with leadership to support product, service, operational, and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral, campaigns, case studies, outreach strategies, and partner facing materials.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Strive's services, formulations, workflows, operational capabilities, service levels, and differentiators.
  • Conduct all sales and partnership activities in accordance with applicable healthcare, pharmacy, privacy, anti kickback, advertising, and company compliance requirements.
  • Avoid making clinical, legal, operational, or service commitments that have not been reviewed and approved by the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Protect confidential company, patient, provider, pricing, contract, and partner information.
  • Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into practical partnership solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate deal structure, revenue potential, costs, risks, and long term value.
