4 Corner Resources is hiring a Remote Pharmacy Technician for a leading health plan. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension, a great fit for a certified, pharmacy technician who wants to work directly with members, help close gaps in care, and collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to improve medication adherence, all from the comfort of home.

Remote Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities: Review member medication lists to identify and resolve barriers to medication therapy, serving as a Pharmacy Navigator to support adherence and prevent medication-related issues Help members access their medications by coordinating refills, facilitating new prescriptions, scheduling appointments, connecting members to financial assistance resources, and aligning refill timing to reduce pharmacy visits Document care provided and communicate updates to other providers involved in the member's care Partner with pharmacists and other internal and external partners to support medication treatment plans and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) interventions Work with community pharmacies to monitor and communicate member medication adherence Conduct patient health assessments to gather information on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and homeopathic or herbal therapies, identifying potential barriers to adherence Communicate with members and providers primarily by phone Remote Pharmacy Technician Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Experience communicating clearly and professionally in writing and verbally Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication-related topics Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent), or registered/licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing Must reside in and hold an active license in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OK, SD, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, or WY Remote Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications: Medication Therapy Management Certificate Bilingual in Spanish Remote Pharmacy Technician Details:
