This position offers a fully remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to provide therapy services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, ensuring accurate identification of clients' mental health needs and the formulation of individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families via telehealth platforms, employing a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care that addresses both immediate and long-term client needs.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, employing your clinical expertise to navigate emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of mental health issues, designing educational initiatives that aim to reduce stigma and promote services available through our organization.

• Possess a valid, independent, and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, ensuring effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with telehealth regulations and standards.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling modalities is highly preferred to navigate the nuances of virtual care.
• Prior experience working with marginalized populations and in community mental health settings is an asset.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms can enhance workflow efficiency.
