We are actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an experienced attorney specializing in Personal Injury, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients' rights and seeking justice for their injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and skillfully craft written documents to support our clients' cases.
  2. Litigation Expertise: Collaborate with our team throughout all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, and preparing for trial.
  3. Motion Practice: Utilize your expertise in drafting and responding to discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and demurrers/motions to dismiss in both California and Federal Courts.
