This remote telehealth position allows for a dynamic work-life balance, with a primary work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Through our digital platform, you will have the opportunity to conduct virtual sessions, making mental health support accessible to individuals from the comfort of their own homes.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and evaluate patients' psychological conditions and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement customized treatment strategies employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional healing, coping strategies, and personal development.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and connecting them with community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay informed of current trends, research, and best practices in mental health treatment through ongoing education and training.

You will work with a diverse patient population dealing with a variety of mental health disorders. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and personality disorders. Your role is integral in providing a safe space for patients to express their emotions, while fostering resilience and facilitating their journey toward recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering therapy in both individual and group formats, employing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software for telehealth sessions.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional boundaries.
