Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify treatment needs and therapeutic goals.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support achieving desired outcomes.
• Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, life transitions, and trauma. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity to ensure inclusive and respectful care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Maryland, permitting independent practice.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering an open and safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, particularly in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent care practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client communications and documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The Process Recovery Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
